Mobile phone need to have AirWatch installed, if eligible.

To check if you are eligible:

<pre style="white-space: pre-wrap; white-space: -moz-pre-wrap; white-space: -pre-wrap; white-space: -o-pre-wrap; word-wrap: break-word;">If the user is non-exempt (e.g. hourly pay status/bi-weekly pay), then they are not eligible for Airwatch unless approved by HR.

If the user is exempt (paid monthly), then they are eligible and should go to the encryption fair starting on Monday for help on downloading and installing Airwatch. Users also MUST have an AD account. </pre>

Pin/Pattern Code Screen Lock is not enough (though highly recommended!)
